Current IT team consisting of 5 specialists directly reporting to Group CTO with core focus to deliver cross-border professional IT services to the who NTG group. Team responsibilities and targets are fast and professional user support, infrastructure and security services, data science and advanced reporting and analytics tasks.

Latakko Ltd. is now looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our IT team and provide day-to-day support for the company’s IT infrastructure, hardware, and users.

Your key responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers and office equipment

• Providing IT support to users on-site and remotely

• Administration and maintenance of software and systems (Windows, Office 365, IP telephony)

• Managing user access rights and data backups

• Maintaining IT documentation and participating in infrastructure improvements

We expect:

• Secondary or higher education in IT or a related field

• Practical experience in IT support and system maintenance

• Knowledge of Windows, Windows Server, Office 365, and basic networking

• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently

• Latvian at a fluent level, English at an excellent level
